Eric focuses his practice on corporate bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation. He has assisted in the representation of corporate debtors, trustees, and other parties throughout the bankruptcy and restructuring process. He has experience working on Chapter 11 reorganization and liquidation cases, assisting trustees in Chapter 7 cases, and related adversary proceedings.
Eric Graduated from Gettysburg College, before attending Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. Following law school, Eric completed his clerkship with the Honorable Alan M. Rubenstein for the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
